After travelling around Canada, the US and Scotland, we live now in Hillsborough with our daughter, cat and dog - all of whom contribute in some way to the crafting of the moss bowls. Each bowl is made outside while throwing the ball for the dog, the cat sits on the moulds while they dry on the dining room table and if we are lucky enough to make any money, my daughter has offered her help to spend it.

Story
Our journey as a small business began through the love of home décor and handcrafted items. They say that, "if life gives you lemons, you should make lemonade" - my mother and aunt gave me a dozen hand-thrown pottery bowls, which I made into candles and moss bowls. I enjoyed making them for myself, so much so, that I began to look for unique vessels to make more.
Because they brighten up my home so much, I have them in every room. When I ran out of space for more, I wanted to share my love for them, so I learned how to make custom concrete containers to give the moss a rustic anchor. Each moss bowl has been carefully handcrafted in Hillsborough and have been designed to create a classic atmosphere so that they fit in your home forever.
